Simple Cures

It all starts with going back to the basics. Want beautiful skin, start with these simple cures.

LEMON WATER

Drink 50% of your body weight in water daily.
Start the day with 1/2 of a lemon squeezed in a cup of water and wait 10 minutes before consuming anything else. If water is too boring all day long, add mint or sliced cucumbers or find some fun herbal teas (green tea, mint and lemon are recommended).
